Tibeb Share Company was established based on the Ethiopian share company guidelines and proclamations at the beginning of 2023 by visionary shareholders. The company's goal is to provide financial and non-financial services to the community and contribute to the development of new ideas in Ethiopia across all sectors. In order to fulfill this goal of the company, Tibeb S.C. looks for experienced accountants who fulfill the following skills and requirements:
Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to this):
Prepare all shareholders' files and documents.
Collect and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual data as directed by Tibeb S.C.
sell and process marketing for additional share buyers.
Keep accurate records of all daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual receipts from the company.
Prepare timely financial and non-financial reports.
Prepare and process Tibeb Academy staff and workers monthly salaries and payments.
Control and manage any incomes and expenditures of the company.
Update, follow-up, and be ready with financial data, resources, educational materials, furnishings, and all other company's properties.
Prepare financial data for tax and auditor requirements on time.
Procure and maintain office equipment and supplies; ensure materials are in good working order and available.
Manage and coordinate Tibeb Academy student services and related issues.
Control and manage Tibeb Academy student school monthly fees.
Manage and process vendor setup and purchase orders in accordance with applicable procedures.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Monitor and make sure to receive all supporting documents and complete clearance of all issued payments (receipts, invoices, agreements, etc.).
preparing employeesβ payroll, tax, and handling pension funds and other deductions.
Record all expenditure and income activities on a regular and special basis on a computer system.
Provide additional administrative and non-administrative support to the share company board members and board directors.
The following qualifications, skills, and experience are important:
Basic knowledge of best practices in accounting, financial regulations, and other account software
good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
good understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulations, and legislation relating to share company trading.
Strong written and verbal communication and networking skills.
skill in using general-purpose software applications such as Microsoft Office applications, Excel sheets, and internet communication.
good presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Work Experience and Skills: 2 years and above of associated work expertise in financial organizations.
