Job Description

Responsibilities

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to help team members achieve their goals.


Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the market.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports on market conditions, sales performance, and competitor activity.
