Position: Graphic Designer – Animation, VFX & AI (Remote, Ethiopia)

Experience: 2+ years

Employment Type: Full-time Virtual Assistant (VA)

What You'll Do

Create concept sketches, storyboards, and style frames for 2D and 3D animation.

Design characters, backgrounds, and environments for LEM’s family-centric TV and movie projects.

Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and Shuki Levy’s global team.

Support VFX design and compositing for film and TV content.

Deliver production-ready assets optimized for animation and digital pipelines.

Stay ahead of rapidly evolving AI trends in animation and graphic development—integrating AI tools into creative workflows when appropriate.

Adapt to agile, real-time feedback cycles using analytics and audience insights.

What You Bring

2–4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, or VFX.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both 2D and 3D projects.

Proficiency in industry software:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

3D software: Blender, Maya, Cinema4D

VFX tools: Nuke or equivalent

Awareness of and openness to AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, animation acceleration, image/asset enhancement).

Quick sketching, strong visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

Fluent in English with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Bonus Skills

Storyboarding for film/animation.

Knowledge of lighting, rendering, and compositing workflows.

Experience on children’s/family programming or brand-driven content.
