Description of the job: Candidate shall be accountable for:-

1. Knowledge of advanced and sustainable sugarcane cultivation in different environment like Irrigated (Lift) and rain fed sugarcane cultivation.
2. Good knowledge in land development and expansion program.
3. Development of nurseries in main fields.
4. Able to Plan for planting and crushing operation.
5. Development and maintenance of irrigation facilities.
6. Good in development works in varietal, spacing and fertigation methods.
7. Implementation of the lift irrigation.
8. Planning and execution of Mechanical harvesting of cane.
9. Planning and execution of new roads in the sugarcane fields for cane transport.

Qualification : BSc /MSc in agriculture.

Location : Ethiopia.

Industry : Sugar, aggregate production and logistic sugar industry.

Preferable : Working in sugar industries / sugarcane crop management /Sugarcane plantation

Experience : Minimum 10 years

Salary : As per industry standard.
