Your mission

As a Consultanting Lead within the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading consultants, partner, and client teams. Consulting Leads manage and deliver IO Global product deployments and services that enable our customers to realize their business objectives. The Professional Services team collaborates across the entire IO Global organization to bring access to product, service, and training teams, to deliver the right solutions and drive feature innovations for our customers across all industries. You will bring a diverse IT, leadership and management consulting background with knowledge of IT trends and a passion for the blockchain industry. By using your knowledge and experience, you will help your team succeed in executing with excellence, tailoring the delivery of Professional Services work to meet the needs of the customer.

Your duties will include;

• Collaborating with IO Global sales, pre-sales, training, product, engineering, DevOps and support teams to seek to understand our customer’s needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions
• Leading the team as someone who can prioritize well, and who understands how to drive focus and excellence within a strong, talented, opinionated team
• Achieve the balance between innovation, execution, and strong customer and quality focus
• Leading individuals, teams or groups and helping to analyze project goals, create a plan to achieve those goals, and then drive the team members, customer stakeholders, and potentially other third parties to achieve those goals while understanding the client environment and any limitations to execution
• Maintaining, tracking and improving performance indicators for the service organization (eg, customer satisfaction, acquisition and retention of staff, and adherence to budgets)
• Driving business and technical relationships with enterprise customers through our partners and professional services teams.

Requirements

Your expertise

• 8+ years enterprise client-facing experience, delivering strategic, consultative services in a sales or professional services environment
• 5+ years experience in leadership positions
• Experience with both on-premise and cloud environments
• Experience with blockchain technologies
• Experience with DevOps, continuous development, continuous deployment, continuous integration, and microservices
• Experience as an Enterprise Architecture / Digital Transformation practitioner
• MBA degree with undergraduate specialization in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills
• Have the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences.
