As a member of the team, you will work to apply blockchain technologies in real life. Your mission
As an Operations Integration Consultant, you will help customers and partners use cloud and on-premise services and infrastructure to deploy and maintain blockchain solutions faster and at a lower cost. You are a highly technical and experienced consultant specializing in operational integration. You will help our enterprise customers understand, plan and implement best practices when managing and deploying blockchain products. You will deliver proofs of concepts, reusable artifacts, tooling/frameworks, and reference architectures. You will lead the implementation and deployment of projects to help IOG's customers to innovate and embrace blockchain technologies effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with DevOps teams to satisfy clients’ needs.
Your duties will include:
- Collaborating with sales, training, product, engineering, DevOps and support teams to understand customer’s needs, their business, and how success is defined
- Ensuring IOG is exceeding expectations in delivery and developing valued solutions
- Working with partners and customers at their premises
- Participating in pre-sales processes, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solutions
- Being a leader who can prioritize well, and who understands how to drive focus and excellence within a talented, opinionated team
- Achieving a balance between innovation and execution while keeping a focus on quality and the customer
- Helping to integrate and adapt blockchain technologies for existing enterprise systems.
Requirements
Your expertise
- At least eight years’ experience of working with enterprise clients, delivering strategic, consultative services in a sales or professional services environment
- At least five years’ experience in leadership positions
- Experience with both on-premise and cloud environments
- Experience with blockchain technologies
- Experience with DevOps, continuous development, continuous deployment, continuous integration, and microservices
- Experience as an enterprise architecture and digital transformation practitioner
- MBA degree with undergraduate specialization in information technology or computer science, or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
- The ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a range of audiences
