- Perform routine maintenance which includes but is not limited to the following: fault analysis, component replacements, alignments, repair, and installation of new control circuits and modification of air conditioner systems as requested
- Perform all work order maintenance and troubleshooting of plant AC equipment as directed.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, test, maintain, repair and clean all plant air conditioner
- Repair or replace devices such as switches, temperature sensor, compressor and control cards etc. as needed.
- Install new Air conditioner on existing or new plant equipment as required..
- Make regular inspection of plant air conditioner equipment.
- Assist in developing detailed preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for plant air conditioner.
- Install, build, or modify plant air conditioner, and control equipment as directed by the Section Head.
- Participate in plant safety, health and environmental programs and observe safety in accordance with government and company standards.
- Respects amp; Implement approved HSE policies and procedures.
- Accomplishing Company policy and other relevant statutory instructions and orders.
- Adheres to and be guided by the collective labor agreement, internal regulations, and other company policies.
Perform any other duties as assigned by his superior from time to time.
