Experienced Agribusiness Management professional with 11 years of diverse experience in the agriculture sector. Possessing a strong academic background, having completed a degree in Agribusiness Management from Haramaya University in July 2008.
During my career, I have held various roles that have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the industry. As a Field Officer at MEDA Ethiopia from October 2012 to February 2016, I was responsible for conducting market surveys and establishing linkages for agricultural products. This role allowed me to develop strong networking and communication skills, as well as an understanding of market dynamics.
Prior to that, I served as a Developmental Plan, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer at the Bench Maji Zone Water, Mines, and Energy Department from January 2009 to January 2011. In this position, I was responsible for assessing and evaluating water resource projects, ensuring their effectiveness and sustainability.
Currently, I am working as an Export Commodity Quality Assurance professional at Dejen G/meskel Import Export Company since January 2019. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the quality control and assurance of exported commodities. This position has allowed me to further enhance my skills in quality management and value chain development.
